Synergy named an Employer of Excellence for 5th Year
For the fifth year, Synergy Projects was selected as a George Durocher Employer of Excellence for 2008. The award is presented by the Merit Contractors Association for member companies who excel in the area of human resource management. Nominations are received from employees who consider the company they work for to be an excellent employer. Synergy employees say that this is a company where individuals can excel, and where there is true teamwork.
From the field to the office, Synergy offers above-average wages and benefits, company-hosted annual events, and opportunities for apprenticeships and education.
Synergy President Dennis Mozak considers this award a sincere compliment to the company since it is an employee-driven program.
